Description
There are so many variations of clay products on the market. Some absorb all of the moisture in your hair and make it look unhealthily dry, while others are too greasy and difficult to work with. Lockhart's Matte Clay finds a happy middle ground to these extremes. It's really a firm matte clay that allows your hair to naturally unfold while retaining the desired shape. It only takes a few small scoops to get a nice, textured, dull hairstyle that's perfect for a night in the city.
Scent: Subtle notes of lavender, earthy moss and musk.
How to use
Work a small amount of product from the back to the front into towel-dried hair. Apply a small amount until the desired hold is achieved. First heat the hair into the desired shape with medium heat, then style it with the cold setting of the hair dryer into the finished shape. The heat allows the hair to move into place, keeping it in shape. The cool setting soaks the product into the hair and provides a matte finish. The hair remains malleable throughout the day and can be easily reposted by simply running your fingers through the hair.
